Digitizing industrial machinery management and support
A company specializing in digital transformation for engineering helps industrial organizations connect systems, data, and processes throughout the product lifecycle, from engineering to production and service.
As part of the shift toward increasingly digital industrial environments, the company wanted to develop a collaborative tool to support those responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of Industry 4.0 machinery.
Working alongside their teams, we built a multi-tenant platform composed of several applications, creating a digital foundation to support different needs related to industrial machinery management and service.

Bringing critical maintenance processes into a collaborative digital environment
Industrial machinery maintenance involves different processes, users, and information that need to be available throughout the lifecycle of each piece of equipment.
The challenge was to create a tool specifically designed to support those responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing Industry 4.0 machinery.
The solution needed to bring different capabilities together within a collaborative experience while operating on a multitenant architecture.
This meant going beyond a single application and building a technology foundation capable of integrating different tools for service, access management, tenant administration, and BOM exploration.

In collaboration with the client’s team, we helped design and develop a platform composed of specialized applications.
The Service App was designed to support service needs related to machinery maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The platform also incorporated additional components to address different needs within the same experience:
The front-end architecture was developed with Angular, using NGRX for state management and NX Monorepo to organize the UI applications. The back end was built on .NET Core, together with Azure and DevOps practices.
From UI/UX to software development, we worked alongside the client to translate the needs of a complex industrial environment into a set of digital tools designed to operate as part of a single platform.

A digital foundation for Industry 4.0 maintenance
The solution brought together different capabilities within a single environment to support the maintenance, repair, and replacement of industrial machinery.
