A partnership to accelerate innovation in the public sector

Through a strategic collaboration between Santex and Incutex, a transformation program was developed alongside KOGA to strengthen innovation capabilities within the public sector in Paraguay.

This initiative was designed as a collaborative space between teams, where the focus goes beyond technology and centers on people, processes, and the adoption of new ways of thinking and managing projects.

The challenge
