Since May 2024, Club Atlético Talleres in Córdoba—a storied sports institution with deep community ties—partnered with Santex to modernize its institutional processes and overhaul its data architecture. The collaboration leverages the club’s rich heritage and multidisciplinary structure to implement agile methodologies and technology solutions for an efficient, data-driven administration.

The Challenge

Diverse departments, fragmented data, and slow manual workflows

Talleres had a decentralized setup across departments—finance, systems, sports administration—relying heavily on spreadsheets, isolated systems, and manual workload. This resulted in bureaucratic delays, a lack of data visibility, and wasted potential in internally generated information.

Santex was tasked with building a unified management platform featuring automated workflows, operational dashboards, and role-based access control—anchored in a culture of transparency and efficiency.

The Solution

Operational dashboards, intelligent automation, and secure access control

Santex’s implementation included three core modules:

  1. Operational KPIs Dashboard: tailored metrics for each department (membership, venue management, events) visualized in clear, actionable charts.

  2. Workflow Automation: automated data ingestion, validation, and inter-departmental integration to reduce manual input and errors.

  3. Role-Based Access: secure, segmented user profiles for staff, athletes, and administrators to ensure appropriate data access.

Deployment followed an agile framework, with iterative delivery and early validation to achieve tangible outcomes quickly.
