The role is twofold: to enhance productivity through automation, and to serve as a working example of how AI and transcription-based tools can simplify, accelerate, and elevate business processes. It’s not just a product — It’s a proof of concept, built in-house to show how complex tech becomes valuable when it's embedded into real work.

The Challenge

Executive Meeting Analyzer was born out of a clear challenge: sales and consulting teams needed a better way to demonstrate the value of AI — one that didn’t rely on technical deep dives or abstract pitches. They needed a real use case that clients could relate to and understand.

At the same time, the organization itself was facing familiar internal challenges: valuable insights buried in long meetings, inconsistent follow-ups, and time-consuming content production. So instead of searching for external tools, they developed a new one — a practical solution to internal inefficiencies that also became a compelling, real-world demo of how AI can work across any business.

It also performs sentiment analysis to identify tension points, emotional tone, and how each meeting supports broader strategic goals. In one-on-one settings, it evaluates communication quality, tracks follow-ups, and highlights gaps — enabling meaningful feedback aligned with leadership practices, especially in sensitive conversations.

To build this internal solution, the team chose a lightweight and widely adopted stack, prioritizing ease of demonstration and real-world relevance over technical complexity. Instead of relying solely on AWS services, the platform was built using:

• Next.js and Node.js – for a modern, scalable frontend and backend architecture

• OpenAI API – powering transcription summarization and natural language processing

• AssemblyAI – used for accurate and fast audio transcription

• Cursor AI – for code generation and project structure scaffolding

• StartGPT Teams – as a collaborative assistant for ideation and code review

This combination allowed the team to build a streamlined, easy-to-show demo that showcases the practical value of AI tools in everyday business operations.
