Juan Santiago | President and CEO

In 1999, Juan Santiago, co-founder of Santex Group Corp., had the vision to create an organization based on the highest business standards and ethics. He attended Business and Law School at the National University of Córdoba in Argentina.

Juan works with the conviction that success is the result of constant effort in improving existing processes. He believes what we do well today can always be improved. It is that pursuit of improvement that motivates us to continue to grow.

Under Juan's leadership, Santex currently serves more than 100 clients around the world. We have been awarded 11 international prizes and maintain 98% client retention. The company develops in more than 21 languages with teams working in 3 countries.

Juan believes that all is negotiable, except family, ethics, quality, integrity and respect.

According to Juan, the future is today, and those organizations that share the same human and business values are the future.

Annett Koegler | Vice President

Co-founder of Santex Group Corp., Annett Koegler is the model of quality and an invaluable contributor to the company's business culture. Her meticulous approach to the development process has served as a guide and benchmark for all team members. Annett attended business school at the Technical University Berlin and computer classes at the FH Hof, Germany.

Annett firmly believes dedication and professionalism should be applied throughout the development process. Her objective is to ensure a quality experience for each client, which she accomplishes by implementing world-class procedures every step of the way.

Annett believes ordinary people are capable of producing extraordinary things. She does not settle for less than absolute perfection.

Dave Smith | Director of Operations | North America

Dave joined Santex in early 2006 with a multi-disciplined background in web design and digital marketing. He received a Bachelors Degree from San Francisco State University in Multimedia Communications in 2001 and extended his education shortly thereafter at UC San Diego with a specialized certificate in Digital Design.

Dave’s well rounded experience in design, marketing, and web development allow him to translate ideas into tangible goals through both time-tested and new, innovative solutions. He uses his experience combined with critical thinking to forge a clear path to guide the daily operations of Santex and its highly skilled team.

Greg Wall | Account & Requirements Manager

Greg started with Santex in November 2007 and has worked closely with the company's partners throughout San Diego and the US. In his current position he applies his Interpersonal Communication, Project Management & Web Development skills daily. He works specifically as a liaison between Santex Group, their clients and the dedicated development teams of HTML/CSS, Drupal, .NET, PHP, JAVA, JavaScript, & Flash in Cordoba, Argentina.

He graduated from California State Unioversity San Marcos with his bachelors in Business Administration and a focus in High-Technology Management. Greg also holds certifications in Project Management, Visual Basic for Applications and server administration that supports him in his activities at Santex working with clients and developers.

Greg is a Microsoft Office Specialist (Master Level) in Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. In the past he specialized in delivering high end applications courses including Microsoft Project, Windows SharePoint Services, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Visio, Crystal Reports & Dreamweaver. During the year 2005 he performed as a classroom champion, placing 9th on the annual list out of all 270 New Horizons locations throughout the world. That puts him in the top 99th percentile out of approximately 1100 world wide instructors.

Eduardo Coll | Director of Operations | South America

Eduardo joined Santex in 2008 after graduating as a Systems Engineer from National Technological University. Eduardo is currently the Director of Operations for the software development facility located in Córdoba, Argentina. He assures all projects are delivered on time and on budget. His mission is to create the best team of engineers working toward excellence and continuous improvement. He lends expertise to internal teams and task forces while enforcing standard company policies and procedures.

Eduardo thinks that teamwork is essential to succeed. That is why he reinforces team approach throughout practice both on client projects and internal initiatives. He also supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization.

Flavia Sosa | Director of Human Resources | South America

Flavia joined Santex as the Human Resources Director in 2008. She graduated from Aeronautical University Institute. She is responsible for the company's overall HR strategy; her solid professional career allows her to successfully guide our most valuable asset as a company. She plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates the personnel, training, and labor relations activities for the company. She promotes equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
