After we've spoken about your needs and desired results, you will receive a quote that we believe will provide your desired results. Once the quote is accepted and the contract is signed you are connected directly to the coder/developer/designer/manager that’s suited to your project and who communicates in English. Most importantly, this individual or team possesses the necessary skill set you are seeking get the job done.

After you approve your team, you will have direct access and communication with them via Skype, email, and Basecamp. We also have US phone numbers available for selected individuals, which will save you from dialing internationally to chat with your team.

How are the resources managed?

Your team will be working for you just like any other full time local or remote employee. If required, a personal interview can be arranged (this will involve a short telephone or Skype conversation and can be entirely arranged by Santex Group at your request) to learn more about your resources.

Santex Group also offers project managers as well as testing (QA) professionals that can augment your team as needed.

How much will it cost?

The cost will depend purely on the skills required from the resource and the amount of time for which the dedicated resource is needed. We can provide you with an accurate quote after a short conversation; just send us your requirements through the contact form.

How long do I have to sign on for?

There is a minimum contract term of 3 months, however if you are willing to sign for 6 or 12 months, you will see a significant cost savings as a result.
