We recommend a multi-phase approach to address all project objectives. Our team will combine experienced personnel with proven methodology and CMMI standards to guide your project. Our ultimate goal at all times is to keep your system on track, on time and on budget.

Clearly defined roles and responsibilities, detailed project planning, effective communication and careful execution will help ensure the project’s overall success. The project’s success will rely on close collaboration with key personnel and you, the client, throughout the development process.

The roadmap to developing a successful, custom, online solution is based on five key phases of our CMMI model of processes.

Engage

It starts with a free consultation. Quick preliminary research into your company and competitors may be undertaken before this first meeting.

We pre-qualify the project and client goals to ensure we are all on the same page and that Santex Group is a match for the requirements. We discuss budget, expertise, relevant alliances and our process. If the culture and expertise are a match, we move forward to the next step.

Budget

Set your marketing goals and allocate a reasonable budget for it. There are two kinds of budgets: the one that will take you there and the one that will keep your target audience captivated. Once you have reached them, you will need to allocate time and effort to keep the interest of your customers.

Don't rely on enthusiasm alone. Your budget is what will determine your probability of success. If your budget isn't reasonable, you risk being scammed by a design studio, freelancer, or templating company and never achieving your goals.

What if you have high expectations but don’t want to invest a lot of time and effort? Then you are not our client. Loud and clear.
